Tender Tidings, Inc. was born as a result of a conversation between a mother, Elaine Osteen, and her attorney daughter, Amy Howell, regarding the challenges of combining a professional career with parenthood.

The pair searched for ways working urban moms and dads could stay connected to their children, but were unable to find any service that truly appreciated many working parents' intense focus and determination to succeed both at work and at home. As a result, with encouragement from their husbands, Elaine and Amy formed Tender Tidings, Inc.
